Ergonomic Evaluations

Ergonomics is the study of employees’ efficiency in their working environment. OccMed Colorado offers job site analysis and employee education designed to keep workers safe in both the short- and long-term.

By developing an ergonomic program, employers take a proactive role in reducing workplace injuries. A successful ergonomic program can save $4-6 for every $1 invested. Additionally, participating employers are more apt to meet the requirements of OSHA partnership programs, including OSPP, SHARP and VPP.

OccMed Colorado will customize a comprehensive ergonomic program for your company based on:

  • Job descriptions
  • Types of injuries you employees have experienced in the past
  • Injury trends
  • Post- or pre-offer requirements
  • Return to work requirements

We work closely with employers to establish new protocols and educate employees, individually or in groups. We also assist employers in driving compliance and participation at the employee level.
