A founder of OccMed Colorado, Gary L. Zuehlsdorff moved to the Denver area in 1991 to begin a residency program at St. Joseph Hospital. He has been practicing here ever since.
Dr. Zuehlsdorff found his niche in occupational medicine because he likes the wide variety of medical issues that he encounters day-to-day. From orthopedics to biological exposure, there is never a dull moment.
“I enjoy interacting with the patients, the employees, and managing them back to full health and full duty,” he says.
Dr. Zuehlsdorff is proud to be an owner of OccMed Colorado because it affords him the freedom of being part of an independent company, which enables him and his partners to practice only high quality of medicine.
In his free time, Dr. Zuehlsdorff can be found taking to the streets on his road bike, hitting the slopes on his skis, reading a good book or, his favorite activity of all, spending time with his wife and children.
